vijanaforum.org is an online platform where current state of affairs will be discussed by the young people while the real time event, of the current state of affairs in Tanzania  or the achievement of individual youth organizations countrywide or anything catchy that relate to young people or anything that could prompt or thrill the discussions should not miss an avenue to get young peoples attention.

vijanaforum.org is also an online one stop information center where information necessary for the development of the young people ranging from documents (in digital formats), recent photos of youth activities countrywide, videos of youth activities- wherever possible live streaming, and audio files (podcast to be collected by freedom phone software LAM application especially on Kijana Ijue Katiba) which will among other things alleviate poverty or enabling them to make right and precise decision for the matters that directly or indirectly affect their well-being.

The vijanaforum is a one year project supported by the UNHabitat through Opportunity Fund for Urban Youth Development in 2009 and implemented from 2010 to 2011

The construction of the portal was implemented  administered by Tanzania Development Forum for Youth [TDFY] the beneficiary of the 2009 Opportunity Fund

All these efforts and energy by the young people aims at harnessing the technology taking our cause to the next level.
